现如今,在煤矿企业管理中,煤矿机电管理占据了重要地位,并且对煤矿企业的正常运行起到了决定性作用。与此同时,其也关系着工作人员的人身安全,员工一旦遭遇安全事故,后果不堪设想。本文就我国煤矿机电管理存在的问题进行详细分析,并针对问题提出了解决措施。

In this paper, the problems of eleetromeehanieal management in China＇s coal mines were analyzed in detail, and measures for improvement and innovation were put forward.
