摘要
以阔叶木杨木木片为原料,采用化机浆方法生产杨木化机浆产品,在杨木木片生产化机浆预浸阶段,通过选择性使用组合生物酶和化学活性剂,改变木片结构,使其内部形成空隙并充分软化,提高纤维润胀能力,降低药液表面张力,加快药液在原料纤维中的渗透、扩散。因此,本研究技术可加快药液渗透速度,提高原料与药液的反应效果,降低化学药品用量、电耗和水耗,提高生产效率,具有产品得率高、质量好、成本低等优势。
With wood chips of broad leaved wood poplar as raw material, poplar wood pulp was produced through chemi-mechanical pulping method. During the stage of pre-dipping, by Selectively using combinatorial biologic enzyme and chemical active agent, to change the structure of wood chips, making wood more loose and full softening, improving the ability of fiber swelling, decreasing the surface tension of liquid medicine, liquid medicine speed up infiltration and diffusion in the swelling fiber. Therefor, this research technology could speed up the infiltration rate of liquid medicine and improve reaction effect of raw material and liquid, and it could decrease the dosage of chemicals, electricity and wanter consumption are decreased, production efficiency are improved. This research also has other advantages of high yield, good quality and low cost.
