中国石油化工股份有限公司洛阳分公司(以下简称"中石化洛阳分公司")焦化车间的皮带秤偏差大,稳定性差。基于此,本文根据前期分析和调研情况,采用赛摩电气公司的皮带秤对其进行改造。经过改造,中石化洛阳分公司焦化装置皮带秤实际使用和控制准确度等级可达到±0.25%～±0.5%,实现计量准确可靠。

The China Petroleum ＆ Chemical Corporation Luoyang Branch （The following is referred to as ＂Sinopec Luoyang Branch＂） had large deviation and poor stability in the scale of the coking plant. Based on this, according to the previous analysis and investigation, the belt scale of Sai Mo electric company was used to transform it. After modification, the Sinopec Luoyang Branch＇s coking plant belt scale could be used in actual operation and control accuracy could reach ＋ 0.25% to ＋ 0.5%, so as to achieve accurate and reliable measurement.
