水利工程作为提升我国国民经济效益增长的重要组成部分之一,不仅在促进我国农业结构升级、保障农业生产方面具有重要的意义,而且在缓解国民供需矛盾,保障人民生命安全方面发挥着巨大作用。但目前,现行的水利建设中仍存在较多问题。为此,我们必须从现行水利实际出发,加大对水利工程建设过程中关键技术的研究,切实保障工程质量。

Water conservancy project is one of the important parts of improving the economic benefit of our country. It not only plays an important role in promoting the upgrading of agricultural structure and guaranteeing agricultural production, but also plays a great role in alleviating the contradiction between the demand and supply of the people and ensuring the safety of the people＇s life. But at present, there ale still many problems in the current water conser- vancy construction. For this reason, we must proceed from the current water conservancy practice, increase the research on key technologies in the process of water conservancy construction, and effectively guarantee the quality of the project.
