摘要
针对采空区顶板厚度大、硬度高、难垮落带来的冲击压力问题,本文以神东矿区布尔台煤矿42106综放工作面为工程背景,提出高压水力致裂控制顶板技术,有针对性地设计了具体的实施方案并应用于工程实际。通过理论分析、现场观测和数据对比等研究方法,得出水力致裂技术可有效弱化顶板难垮落岩层,减小垮落步距,抑制巷道变形,防止顶板冲击压力的产生,保证了工作面的安全高效生产。
In view of the impact pressure caused by the large thickness, high hardness and hard collapse of the roof of the goal, the high pressure hydraulic fracturing control roof technology was put forward based on the engineering background of the 42106 fully mechanized caving face in the boolai coal mine, Shendong mining area. The concrete implementation scheme was designed and applied to the engineering practice, and the theory was adopted. Through the theoretical analysis, field observation and data comparison and other research methods, it was concluded that hydraulic fracturing technology could effectively weaken the roof of the roof, reduce the fall distance, restrain the deformation of the roadway, prevent the impact pressure of the roof, and ensured the safe and efficient production of the working face.
