摘要
本文通过具体试验研究了5种电连接器在不同过负荷电流条件下的温度上升情况, 分析得出接触片电阻过大引起电连接器温度变化的规律, 测出不同过载电流条件下电连接器接触处的最大温升, 并对过载情况下电连接器发生火灾的危险指数进行分析.
In this paper, the temperature rise of 5 kinds of electrical connectors under different overload current con- ditions was studied in this paper. The law- of the change of the temperature of the electrical connector caused by the excessive resistance of the contact sheet was analyzed. The maximum temperature rise of the contact area of the elec- trical connector under different overload current conditions was measured, and the fire of the electrical connector in the ease of overload was found. The risk index was analyzed.
