摘要
针对电站底板混凝土裂缝问题, 采用LW/HW化学灌浆进行防渗加固修复处理.灌浆记录及钻芯取样分析成果表明: 水溶性聚氨酯以其良好的亲水性、 变形适应性和膨胀伸展性, 可以有效灌填密实混凝土裂缝, 达到裂缝永久性堵漏与混凝土结构补强加固修复效果.
In order to solve the concrete cracks problems in hydropower station floor, the LW/HW chemical grouting had been adopted for seepage reinforcement and repair. The results of analyzing the grouting records and core sam- pling showed that the water-soluble polyurethane with good hydrophilicity, deformation adaptability and expansibili- ty could effectively fill the concrete cracks ,which could achieve the anti-seepage effect by cracks permanent plug- ging and strcture reinforcement.
