摘要 以聚烯烃纤维非织布为基材, 以二乙烯基苯为交联剂, 采用微乳液接枝液体系, 通过电子束预辐射接枝丙烯酸, 成功制备非织布型弱酸性阳离子交换纤维.该纤维离子交换容量≥8.0mmol/g, 接枝率大于90%.中试生产实验表明, 该弱酸性阳离子交换纤维制备工艺过程简单易行, 制备工艺参数可靠.本实验室设计开发的静态反应装置, 较好地保证了加热温度的均匀性, 提高了接枝的均匀性.本设计适宜进行规模化工业生产. A weakly acidic cation exchange fiber was successfully prepared by using polyolefin fiber non-woven fab- ric as a substrate, divinylbenzene as a cross-linker in mieroemulsion grafting system through electron beam pre-irra- diation grafting of acrylic acid. The ion exchange capacity of the fiber is higher than 8.0 mmol/g and the grafting rate is greater than 90%. Pilot production test showed that the preparation process of the weakly acidic cation exchange fi- ber was simple and easy, and the preparation process parameters were reliable. The static reaction device developed by our laboratory ensured the uniformity of heating temperature and improved the uniformity of the graft. This design was suitable for large-scale industrial production.
