摘要
现阶段社会进入一个网络空间时代,现实空间与网络空间构成了一个二元社会。为了平衡虚拟的网络空间与现实空间,并且让虚拟的网络空间更好地服务于传统组织的现实空间,达到让组织充满生机与活力这一目的。采用的方法是将数据可视化,从幸福思维、幸福行动、幸福环境三个维度,进行架构设计,建立逻辑模型,开发应用软件,将现实组织中被碎片化的大数据激活,并以整体化的形式呈现于网络空间中,更有效地发挥组织力,使"幸福力"持续提升,引领和推进组织发展。初步运作实践证明:为实现组织的数据可视化而开发出来的"凯里云立方"具有较强的亲和力、感染力和影响力,是基层组织被激活的引擎,是员工自我价值实现的平台。它将惠及公司全体员工的精神家园,具有广阔的应用前景。
At present,the society has entered an era of network space,and the real space and network space constitute a dual society.In order to balance the virtual network space and the real space,and let the virtual network space better serve the real space of the traditional organization,the goal of making the organization full of vitality and energy is achieved. the method adopted is to visualize the data from the three dimensions of happiness thinking,happiness action,and happiness environment,to design the architecture,establish a logical model and develop software applications,to activate the fragmented big data of the real organization and present it in cyberspace as a whole to reach the goal of much more effective use of organizational power,so that "happiness" can be continuously improved and finally leading and promoting the organizational development. The preliminary operation practice proves that the "Kaili Cloud Cube" developed to realize the data visualization of the organization has strong affinity,appeal and influence. It is the activated engine of grassroots organizations and the platform for the realization of employees' self-value. It will benefit the spiritual garden of all employees of the company and has broad application foreground.
