校院二级管理体制改革模式下高校招生工作中存在的问题及对策研究

从招生录取模式、招生主体单元、生源危机、激励机制等几个方面分析总结了当前我国高校招生工作存在的主要问题。新形势下,我国高校普遍开展的校院(系)二级管理体制改革,对我国高校的招生工作带来深刻影响。对校院(系)二级管理体制下学校和院(系)在招生工作中的角色定位、主体职责和具体任务加以阐述和分析。对校院(系)二级管理体制下的招生管理体系建设、招生专业评价及动态调整、招生计划制定与分配、人才质量提升及招生宣传等提出具体建议与措施。

The paper analyzes the main problems as admission mode, main enrolment unit, source in university enrollment in China from several aspects, such crisis, incentive mechanism and so on. Under the new situation, the reform of the two - leveled management system in colleges ＆ universities in China has brought a pro- found impact on the enrollment of colleges ＆ universities in China. It then discusses and analyzes the role po- sitioning, main responsibilities and specific tasks of the university and the academy （department） in enroll- ment under the reform mode of the secondary management system. Some specific suggestions and measmres are put forward in such aspects as the construction of the enrollment management system, professional evaluation and dynamic adjustment, recruitment planning and distribution, and the improvement of the quality of talents training and enrollment propaganda under the two - leveled management system of the university and the department.
