Bcl2和Bcl6在溃疡性结肠炎中表达的意义

Expressions of Bcl2 and Bcl6 in Ulcerative Colitis

目的研究Bcl2和Bcl6在溃疡性结肠炎(UC)中的表达及意义。方法选取2013年3月至2014年11月在北京大学深圳医院诊断的UC患者25例及健康对照者20例,采用免疫组化法检查各组标本Bcl2和Bcl6表达情况。结果 UC组中Bcl2表达水平(0.15±0.08)低于正常组(0.22±0.11),但差异没有统计学意义(P=0.054);UC组中Bcl6表达(0.35±0.12)也低于正常组(0.50±0.13),且差异有统计学意义(P=0.001)。结论 UC患者肠道组织Bcl6表达降低,可能是UC的发病机制之一,为UC的诊断、治疗提供新的方向。

Objective To investigate the significance of the expressions of Bcl2 and Bcl6 in patients with ulcerative colitis（UC）.Methods The immunohistochemical method was applied to detect the expressions of Bcl2 and Bcl6 in colorectal tissues of 25 patients in UC group and 20 healthy controls. Further,the patients and healthy controls were detected in Shenzhen Hospital of Peking University from March 2013 to November 2014. Results The expression of Bcl2 in UC group（0.15±0.08）was lower than that in normal control group（0.22±0.11）, but the difference had no statistical significance（P=0.054）. And the expression of Bcl6 in UC group（0.35±0.12） was lower than that in control group（0.50±0.13）, the difference had statistical significance（P=0.001）. Conclusion The lower expression of Bcl6 in colorectal tissues of UC may play an important role in the pathogenesis of UC, which provides patients with UC with a new direction of clinical diagnosis and therapy.
