研究养血熄风法辅助硫酸镁治疗妊娠期高血压疾病的临床效果

Clinic Effect of Nourishing Blood Stop Wind Combined with Magnesium in Treating Pregnancyinduced Hypertension

目的探讨养血熄风法辅助硫酸镁治疗妊娠期高血压疾病(HDCP)的临床效果。方法选择2016年2月-2017年2月我院收治的HDCP患者110例,根据随机数字表将其平均分为研究组与对照组,每组各55例。对照组应用硫酸镁治疗,研究组应用养血熄风法辅助硫酸镁治疗。结果研究组治疗后舒张压、收缩压水平显著低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组剖宫产及早产的发生率38.18%、0.18%,低于对照组63.64%、14.55%(P<0.05)。结论养血熄风法辅助硫酸镁治疗HDCP疗效满意,适于临床应用与推广。

Objective To investigate the clinic effect of nourishing blood stop wind combined with magnesium in treating pregnancy-induced hypertension. Methods A total of 110 cases with HDCP in our hospital from February 2016 to February 2017 were selected and divided into observation group and control group with 55 cases in each group. Control group was given magnesium treatment, observation group was given nourishing blood stop wind combined with magnesium. Results After treatment, diastolic pressure, systolic pressure of observation group were lower than control group, the difference was statistic significant（P〈0.05）. Occurrence rate of cesarean delivery and premature delivery of observation group and control group were 38.18%,0.18% and 63.64%,14.55%（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The effect of nourishing blood stop wind combined with magnesium intreating pregnancy-induced hypertension is significant, it is suitable for clinic application and promotion.
