摘要
为尽可能地提高企业生产的空间利用率,缩短物料在生产过程中的运输距离,提高生产效率以达到最大产能,对企业现有的生产布局和工艺流程进行调研分析,根据成组技术理论,生产组织形式以零件加工特征为基础,对生产区域进行整合分组后,应用CRAFT计算法的基本思想,进行生产工艺跟踪,工序间搬运频次及工序间搬运距离统计分析,在初始布局基础上,通过变换相邻工序组的位置优化布局,计算物料搬运距离的改变量来实现运输距离最小化。用从至表得出的数据进行对比分析,调整后的生产布局方案缩短了物料在生产过程中的运输距离,运输总距离由5 068 m减少到2 932 m,约减少了42%,大大减少了生产中的运输成本。
This research aims to improve the plant layout of inner door manufacturing industry to make optimum space utilization, eliminate obstructions in material flow and thus obtain maximum productivity. The present layout and operation process of each section have been investigated. According to the theory of Group Technology, the production should be based on parts not on products, so the processing steps are integrated and grouped. Material flow frequency and processing step distance of one product is studied and it is analysed by CRAFT. Processing groups are changed to make the good material flow- in order to get minimum transportation distance. According to the charts analysis, the suitable of new plant layout can decrease the distance of material flow by 42%, from original 5 068 m to modified 2 932 m, reducing transportation cost by a noticeable amount.
