胃癌组织中TROP2蛋白的表达及其临床意义

TROP2 expression in gastric carcinoma and its clinical significance

目的:研究胃癌组织中TROP2蛋白的表达,探讨其在胃癌发生发展中的作用。方法:应用免疫组织化学En Vision法检测70例胃癌、15例低级别上皮内瘤变、15例高级别上皮内瘤变和20例正常胃组织中TROP2蛋白表达。结果:TROP2从正常胃黏膜到胃癌组织中的阳性率逐渐增高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。胃癌组织中TROP2表达与浸润深度、淋巴结转移和p TNM分期有关(P<0.05),与患者性别、年龄、肿瘤部位、Lauren分型和分化程度无关(P>0.05)。结论:TROP2可能参与了胃癌的发生发展,检测胃癌组织中TROP2表达有助于预测胃癌的临床生物学行为。

Objective： To investigate the expression of TROP2 in gastric carcinoma and its role in carcinogenesis and progression of gastric cancer.Methods： En Vision immunohistochemical staining was used to detect the expression of TROP2 in 70 cases of gastric carcinoma,15 of low-grade intraepithelial neoplasia,15 of high-grade intraepithelial neoplasia,and 20 of normal gastric tissues. Results： TROP2 expression was increased from normal gastric tissue to the tissues of gastric carcinoma. The difference was significant（ P〈 0. 01）. TROP2 expression in the tissues of gastric cancer was correlated with invasive depth,lymph node metastasis and p TNM stage（ P〈 0. 05）,yet unrelated to the gender,age,tumor location,Lauren type and differentiation degree（ P〈 0. 05）. Conclusion： TROP2 may be involved in the carcinogenesis and progression of gastric carcinoma,suggesting that detection of TROP2 in gastric carcinoma may contribute to predicting the clinical biologic behavior of gastric carcinoma.
