摘要
在工程机械领域,工况不同,对材料的要求也不同。为了满足中等冲击条件下较高的耐磨性能需要,研制了低合金贝氏体钢。对低合金贝氏体材料的成分和热处理工艺进行设计,并与其它耐磨材料(低合金钢,高锰钢,高铬铸铁)的力学性能、金相组织、耐磨性能等进行了比较。试验证明:低合金贝氏体材料在中等冲击条件下,具有较高的硬度和耐磨性能,具有优良的综合机械性能。
In the field of engineering machinery, the requirements of the material are different due todifferent working conditions. The low alloy bainite cast steel has been developed in order to meet thehigh wear-resistance requirement under the medium impact. The composition and heat treatment processof low alloy bainite cast steel have been designed. The mechanical properties, metallographic structureand wear resistance of low alloy bainite cast steel and other wear-resistant materials of low alloy steel,high manganese steel and high-Cr cast iron have been compared. The experimental results show that thelow alloy bainite material has high hardness and wear-resistance under medium impact, as well as ex-cellent comprehensive mechanical properties.
