摘要
对电控壳体零件的压铸工艺进行了分析,确定了压铸生产的主要工艺参数,并设计出了压铸成型模具,包括分型面的设计、浇注排溢系统设计、顶出系统设计、冷却系统设计和整体模具结构设计。经生产实践证明,主要工艺参数和模具结构设计合理,生产出了合格的产品。
The die casting process of electric control shell parts has been analyzed. The main processparameters of die casting production have been determined. The die casting mold has been designed,including the design of parting surface, pouring overflow system, ejector system, cooling system andoverall mold structure. The production practice proves that the main process parameters as well as themold structure design are reasonable and the qualified products have been produced.
