摘要
目的了解护生参与中医护理服务学习实践教学过程的真实体验,为探讨适合我国中医院校培养高素质护理人才的实践教学模式提供参考。方法采用半结构式深入访谈8名护生,运用Van Manen诠释现象学研究法,对8名护生的反思日记、访谈资料仔细阅读进行分析,全面了解其对中医护理服务学习实践教学的体验。结果资料分析形成3个主题8个亚主题:(1)对服务学习结合传统中医护理实践教学模式的认识:有意义、为护生提供实践机会;(2)学习过程中不同的心理体验:暖心充实、身心适应不良;(3)服务学习促进个人发展:与老人的沟通技巧、团队协作、加强专业知识和技能、培养人文关怀素养。结论了解护生在中医护理服务学习实践教学过程中的真实体验,有助于丰富传统实践教学模式,促进人才的培养,并为进一步完善中医护理服务学习实践教学模式提供依据。
Objective To gain the in-depth student experience of service-learning in the practice teaching of TCM nursing, and to provide reference for practice teaching model for TCM Nursing for cultivating high quality nursing talents in TCM universities.Methods Semi-structured in-depth interviews were used to interview 8 nursing students and their reflection diary and interview data were analyzed by using Van Manen interpretation of phenomenological research method to fully understand their experience of service-learning in the practice teaching of TCM nursing. Results Three themes along with 8 sub-themes were extracted after data analysis. The first theme was students' understanding of service-learning in TCM nursing, which included 2 sub-themes: significance and practical opportunities for students. The second theme was different experience of the course, which consisted of 2 sub-themes:fulfilled and warmhearted, psychosomatic maladjustment. The last theme was promoting personal development including 4 sub-themes: communication skills with the elderly, teamwork, strengthening professional knowledge and skills and cultivating the quality of humanistic care. Conclusion The understanding of nursing students' true feelings of service-learning is helpful for improving practice teaching of TCM nursing, and promoting talent cultivation and it also provides the basis for improving service-learning in the practice teaching of TCM nursing.
