摘要
回顾二甲双胍在糖尿病(DM)合并心肌梗死(MI)中研究的文献,就二甲双胍对DM合并MI的心梗面积、心功能、心血管病危险因素及预后四个方面的影响进行综述,指出二甲双胍在这四个方面对DM合并MI有着显著的正效作用,强调应加强其前瞻性的临床研究。
This article reviews the literature on metformin for diabetes mellitus（DM） combined by myocardial infarction（MI）,and summarizes the effects of metformin on infarct area,cardiac function,cardiovascular risk factors and prognosis.Metformin exerts significantly positive effect on DM combined by MI in these four aspects,and prospective clinical studies should be strengthened in the future.
