关于血标本采集对血液检验分析的影响及干预措施探究

The Influence of Blood Specimen Collection on Blood Test Analysis and Intervention Measures

目的:对血液检验分析受到血标本采集的影响和干预措施进行观察探讨。方法:随机选取本血站2017年1月~2017年6月期间收集的4000例血液采集标本为临床研究对象,对血液采集标本的检测偏差因素进行分析,并针对影响因素采取相应的干预措施。结果:血标本采集对血液检验分析结果有影响,研究数据对比差异明显,差异具有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论:为了使血液检验结果的准确性提高,应当对血液采集标本的偏差因素进行控制,以确保血液检验结果的有效性。

Objective：To investigate the effect of blood sample collection and intervention measures on blood test analysis.Methods：A total of 4,000 blood collection specimens collected during the period from January 2017 to June 2017 in this blood bank were randomly selected as clinical research objects.The detection bias factors of blood collection specimens were analyzed,and corresponding intervention measures were taken for the influencing factors.Results：The collection of blood specimens had an impact on the results of blood test analysis.There was significant difference in the study data,and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：In order to improve the accuracy of the blood test results,the deviation factors of the blood collection specimens should be controlled to ensure the validity of the blood test results.
