成人脑白质性别差异磁共振弥散峰度成像的初步研究

Study Human Brain White Matter of Different Gender by Nuclear Magnetic Resonance Diffusion Kurtosis Imaging

目的:利用磁共振弥散峰度成像技术测量脑白质的平均峰度值,探讨正常成人男女脑白质的差异性,从而进一步了解正常成人脑白质变化规律。方法:将95名正常成人志愿者按男女分成三组:青年组(n=36),中年组(n=33)及老年组(n=26),分别进行弥散峰度及常规序列扫描,并进行原始数据处理,测量不同部位脑白质区平均峰度值。结果:(1)同一年龄间组不同部位男女的MK值存在差异;(2)不同年龄组间男女MK值存在差异;(3)男女白质MK值与年龄存在相关性。结论:正常成人男女脑白质之间存在一定的差异。通过DKI技术可以发现其差异性,为临床提供较有利的参考信息。

Objective：Measure mean kurtosis of brain white matter by diffusion kurtosis imaging to discusses the differences in normal gender and understand the normal adult cerebral white matter changes.Methods：95 normal adults according gender can be divided into three groups：young group（n=36）;Middle-aged group（n=33） and elderly group（n=26）,through DKI sequence scanning and the original data processing,measure different parts of the brain white matter area mean kurtosis.Results：（1）MK values in different parts of the same age group have differences between men and women;（2） MK values in different parts of different age groups have differences between men and women;（3） Men＇s and women＇s white matter MK values all have correlation with age.Conclusion：There was some differences in normal adult cerebral white matter of different genders by DKI technology,to provide the beneficial reference for clinical information.
