摘要
当前,我国机动车排放污染问题日益突出,已成为空气污染的重要来源。而上路抽检机动车排放污染物等传统的监管措施已不能满足对当前机动车排气污染防治的需要,佛山市采用黑烟车智能监控系统,结合大数据应用,统计分析黑烟车数据,为机动车污染防治探索新途径,为机动车环境管理提供科学依据。
At present, the problem of vehicle emission pollution has become increasingly prominent in China.Ithas become an important source of air pollution.The traditional measures such as On-the-spot inspection of motor vehicle exhaust can no longer meet the needs of current vehicle exhaust pollution prevention and control.In Foshan,through the intelligent monitoring system of black smoke vehicle, combined with the application of big data, the data of smoky vehicles are statistically analyzed to explore new ways for vehicle pollution prevention and provide scientific basis for environmental management of motor vehicles.
