摘要 随着油田开发的深入及各类驱油、增油工艺的使用,使得采出液成分更加复杂,加大了原油处理难度。集输系统作用在于实现油水分离,使原油合格外输。目前,冀东油田日采出液约为3万方,需要添加破乳剂对采出液进行油水分离。本文通过对破乳剂的应用现状与适应性进行分析,研究评价药剂脱水效果,提高集输系统原油脱水能力,并对下一步采出液处理工作指明方向。 With the further development of oil field exploitation and the application of all kinds of oil production technologies, the component of produced liquid is becoming increasingly complicated, which greatly increases the difficulty of crude oil treatment. Oil water separation is carried out by the function of gathering transferring system, which makes output crude fit the oilfield standard. The daily produced liquid of JiDong oilfield is about 30,000 cubic meters at present, demulsifier is necessarily needed during oil water separation. In this article, the application actuality and adaptability of demulsifier are analyzed, at the same time, the dehydrating effects of demulsifier is also investigated. All the work done in this article indicates the next step directions of produced liquid treatment.
