儿童DR胸部投照技术探讨

Study on Chest Radiographic Technique for Children with DR

目的:探讨儿童胸部数字X线摄影(Digital Radiography,DR)投照检查技术。方法:分析自2014年6月至2016年6月,120例儿童行胸部摄影DR投照时,合理应用DR数字化摄影投照技术,用高电压、低电流、短时间为儿童行胸部摄影,且行胸片质量评估。结果:经过充分准备的120例患儿的胸部X线片中,质量达到优的有101例,良的有19例,差的有0例,合格率为100%。结论:依据儿童不同年龄段生理特点,通过完善操作技术,提前做好准备工作,为儿童正确选择体位,投照中采用高电压、低电流、短时间摄片,可提高一次摄片成功率。

Objective： To explore the digital radiographic technique in children＇s chests.Methods：Analyzed120 children underwent chest DR from June 2014 to June 2016,and DR technology was applied rationally.Chest radiography was performed on children with high voltage,low current and short time,and chest radiograph quality was evaluated.R esults：Among 120 children＇s chest X-ray films that were fully prepared,101 were superiorin quality,19 were good,0 were poor,and the qualified rate was 100%.Conclusion：According to the physiological characteristics of children at different ages,we should make preparations in advance,improve the operation skills,choose the correct position forchildren,and adopt high voltage,low current and short time shots to improve the success rate of one time.
