石河子大学在校大学生健康素养现状及相关分析

Study on Health Literacy and Its Influencing Factors among College Students in Shihezi University

目的:描述石河子大学在校大学生健康素养现状及其影响因素,为学校健康教育提供理论依据。方法:应用卫生部《2008中国公民健康素养调查问卷》,采用多阶段分层整群随机抽样方法对2014年石河子大学2057名在校大学生进行健康素养调查。结果:石河子大学在校大学生健康素养具备率为10.7%。具备健康基本知识与理念素养、健康生活方式与行为素养、健康技能素养的比例分别为31.1%,6.1%,63.6%。Logistic回归分析显示,医药科学学部学生健康康素养的主要影响因素是年级,年级越高,健康素养具备率越高;非医药科学学部学生健康素养的主要影响因素是选修健康选修课程门数,选修健康选修课程门数越多,健康素养具备率越高。结论:石河子大学在校大学生健康素养总体水平偏低,应充分利用综合性大学优势,使学生全面掌握健康知识和技能,并引导学生形成良好的行为习惯及健康的生活方式。

Objective： To analyze the influencing factors of health literacy among college students in Shihezi University,so as to provide theory basis forschool health education.Methods：Questionnaire was designed based on Chinese citizens＇ health literacy questionnaire in 2008.2057 students were investigated by internet questionnaire,with multi-stage stratified clusterrandom sampling method.R esults：The mastering rate of health literacy among college students in Shihezi University was 10.7%.The mastering rates of basic knowledge,healthy lifestyle and behavior,health skills were 31.1%,6.1%,63.6%.Logistic regression analysis showed that the main influencing factors among medical science department students were grade,highergrade leads to higherhealth literacy rates,while the main influencing factors among non-medical science department students were health related optional courses,more health related optional courses leads to higherhealth literacy rates.Conclusion：College students in Shihezi University have lowerhealth literacy level.University should make full use of the advantages of comprehensive university,to make the students masterhealth knowledge and skills,and guide them to form good habits and a healthy lifestyle.
