边疆高校本科护生主观幸福感及影响因素调查分析

Study on the Subjective Well-being and Influencing Factors of Undergraduate Nursing Students in Frontier Colleges and Universities

目的:了解某高校护理本科生的幸福感现状及其影响因素。方法:采用一般资料调查表及大学生幸福感影响因素调查表(AFW-US)进行问卷调查。结果:⑴本科护生主观幸福感平均得分为(4±0.745);⑵不同性别间主观幸福感、学校学习、工作与社会适应维度差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);⑶独生与非独生子女间自我意识、恋爱、工作与社会适应维度差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);⑷不同年级间主观幸福感、自我意识、学校学习、恋爱维度差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);⑸母亲受教育程度不同自我意识、家庭环境、休闲活动维度差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);⑹不同月均消费水平间恋爱维度差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);⑺多元线性逐步回归分析显示:性别、母亲受教育程度、年级、月均消费水平对本科护生主观幸福感有预测作用。结论:本科护生主观幸福感情况较好;护理教育者应重视相关影响因素,以制定提高本科护生主观幸福感的策略。

Objective： To understand the current situation of the well-being of nursing undergraduates in a university and its influencing factors.Methods：A questionnaire was used to investigate the general questionnaire and the affecting factors of well-being foruniversity students（AFW-US）.R esults： ⑴The average score of undergraduate nursing students was（ 4±0.745）.⑵There were significant differences in the scores of well-being,school learning,work and social adaptation scores（P〈0.05）.⑶The difference between self-consciousness,love,work and social adaptation was statistically significant（P〈0.05） between the one-child and the non-only child.⑷Undergraduate nursing students in different grade were significant differences in happiness,self-consciousness,school study and love（P〈0.05）.⑸There were significant differences in self-consciousness,family environment and recreational activity between different mothers＇ education levels（P〈0.05）.⑹The difference of consumption in different months was statistically significant in the scores of love（P〈0.05）.⑺Multivariate linearstepwise regression analysis showed that gender,self-awareness,school learning and family environment were important influencing factors of well-being.Conclusion：Undergraduate nursing students subjective well-being is better.Nursing educatorand management should pay attention to undergraduate nursing students＇ self-consciousness,family environment,school learning,genderimpact,to enhance the subjective well-being.
