护理研究生《高级护理理论与实践》课程教学案例开发的探索与分析

Exploration and Analysis of Teaching Case Development in "Advanced Nursing Theory and Practice" for Nursing Postgraduates

目的:开发《高级护理理论与实践》课程教学案例,为护理硕士专业学位研究生案例教学提供案例基础,从而提高护理硕士专业学位研究生的教学质量。方法:从新疆三甲医院临床资深专科护士工作中提炼出"高级护理实践案例素材",以"Brown的高级护理实践概念模式"为框架,以护理程序为轴线、情景式分幕呈现的方式编写案例。应用专家评价法对案例质量进行评价;应用学生评价法对17名护理研究生进行案例应用效果的调查。结果:开发了5个不同主题的案例;案例质量达到评价标准;案例能有效激发学生学习兴趣、提高自学、表达、归纳总结等能力。结论:开发的5个案例达到质量评价标准,能有效提高学生综合能力,可在教学中应用,并在教学过程中继续完善。

Objective： To provide a case basis forcase teaching of nursing masterdegree graduates,so as to improve the teaching quality of nursing masterdegree graduates.Methods：Extracted ＂advanced nursing practice case material＂ from xinjiang 3A（Class Three/Grade A） hospitals clinical seniorspecialist nurses＇ work.The case was compiled by the guidance of ＂Brown＇s advanced nursing practice conceptual model＂,the nursing procedure as the axis and the stage presentation.Used expert evaluation method to evaluate the case quality and student evaluation to 17 nursing postgraduates.R esults：Five cases of different topics have been developed.The cases＇ quality met the evaluation criteria.The cases could effectively stimulate students to improve learn interest,self-study,expression,and conclusion ability,etc.Conclusion：All of the 5 cases reached to the standard of case evaluation.The using of cases in classroom could effectively improve students＇ comprehensive ability and could continue to improve in the teaching process.
