摘要
目的探讨妊娠糖尿病患者血清镁离子(Mg2+)、铬离子(Cr3+)水平及其临床意义。方法选取妊娠期糖尿病孕妇196例作为观察组,健康孕妇200例作为对照组,比较两组血清Mg2+和Cr3+浓度,分析观察组Mg2+、Cr3+浓度与血糖代谢相关生化指标的相关性,并分析妊娠期糖尿病发生的影响因素。结果观察组孕妇血清Mg2+、Cr3+浓度低于对照组(均P<0.05);观察组孕妇FBG、糖化血红蛋白(Hb A1c)以及OGTT后1 h、2 h、3 h血糖均高于对照组,空腹C肽及餐后2 h C肽均低于对照组(均P<0.05)。观察组血清Mg2+、Cr3+水平与FBG、Hb A1c以及OGTT后1 h、2 h、3 h血糖水平均呈负相关,与空腹C肽和餐后2 h C肽水平均呈正相关(均P<0.05)。低Mg2+、低Cr3+水平是妊娠期糖尿病的危险因素(均P<0.05)。结论妊娠期糖尿病孕妇血清Mg2+、Cr3+水平降低,二者与妊娠期糖尿病的发生密切相关,或可作为妊娠期糖尿病的预测因子。
Objective To explore the serum levels of magnesium ion(Mg 2+ ) and chromium ion(Cr 3+ ) in patients with gestational diabetes mellitus and their clinical significance. Methods Totally 196 pregnant women with gestational diabetes mellitus were enrolled as observation group,and 200 healthy pregnant women as control group.The serum concentrations of Mg 2+ and Cr 3+ were compared between the two groups,the correlation of the Mg 2+ and Cr 3+ concentrations with the biochemical indices associated to blood glucose metabolism was analyzed in the observation group,and the factors influencing the incidence of gestational diabetes mellitus were analyzed. Results In the observation group,the serum concentrations of Mg 2+ and Cr 3+ of pregnant women were lower( P 〈0.05),the levels of FBG,hemoglobin A1c(HbA1c),and 1 h,2 h and 3 h post-OGTT blood glucose were higher,and the levels of fasting C peptide and 2 h postprandial C peptide were lower compared to the controls(all P 〈0.05). In the observation group,the serum levels of Mg 2+ and Cr 3+ negatively correlated with FBG,HbA1c,and 1 h,2 h and 3 h post-OGTT blood glucose,but positively correlated with the levels of fasting C peptide and 2 h postprandial C peptide(all P 〈0.05). Conclusion Decreased levels of serum Mg 2+ and Cr 3+ are observed in pregnant women with gestational diabetes mellitus.They are closely related to the incidence of gestational diabetes mellitus and might act as the predictive indicator for gestational diabetes mellitus.
