常规体检者胆囊结石的检出情况及其影响因素分析

Prevalence and its influencing factors of gallstone in population undergoing routine physical examination

目的调查常规体检人群胆囊结石的检出情况及其发生的影响因素。方法收集某三甲医院63 207例常规体检者的体检资料,比较不同年龄、性别、体质指数(BMI)体检者胆囊结石的检出率,分析胆囊结石发生的影响因素。结果共检出胆囊结石1 120例,检出率为1.77%。男性总检出率高于女性,在30~<40岁、50~<60岁、BMI≥23 kg/m2体检者中,男性胆囊结石检出率均高于女性(均P<0.05)。无论在男性、女性或总人群中,胆囊结石检出率均有随年龄增长而增加的趋势(均P<0.05)。多因素分析结果显示,BMI、LDL-C水平是常规体检人群胆囊结石发生的独立影响因素(P<0.05)。结论高LDL-C水平、BMI≥23 kg/m2是常规体检人群发生胆囊结石的危险因素。

Objective To investigate the prevalence and its influencing factors of gallstone in population with routine physical examination . Methods The physical examination data of 63 207 cases undergoing routine physical examination data were collected from a level-A tertiary hospital.The detection rates of gallstone were compared between the respondents with different ages,men and women,or different body mass index（BMI） respondents.The influencing factors of gallstone formation were analyzed. Results A total of 1 120 cases of gallstone were detected in this study,with a detection rate of 1.77%.The overall detection rate of men was higher than that of women.Among the respondents aged 30 to 〈40 years,50 to 〈60 years,and BMI〉23 kg/m 2,the detection rate of gallstone in men was higher than that in women（all P 〈0.05）.No matter in men,women or the general population,the detection rate of gallstone increased with the increasing age（all P 〈0.05）.The results of multivariate analysis showed that the levels of BMI and LDL-C were independent factors influencing the incidence of gallstone in population undergoing routine physical examination（ P 〈0.05）. Conclusion High LDL-C level and BMI〉23 kg/m 2 are the risk factors for the incidence of gallstone in population undergoing routine physical examination.
