护士长的服务型领导对护士组织公民行为的影响 被引量:6

摘要 服务型领导最早由Greenleaf于1970年提出,指领导将下属利益置于领导者利益之上,强调领导者对员工的服务,处处为下属着想,并为下属提供力所能及的帮助和服务的行为[1]。服务型领导倾向于与下属共谋愿景,为下属提供支持和帮助,在与下属积极互动的过程中促进下属的学习热情和工作积极性。
