摘要
[目的]探究不同条件下核桃皮乙醇提取物对玉米蚜的触杀活性。[方法]采用单因素试验和正交试验,研究不同浓度、温度和时间条件下核桃皮提取物对玉米蚜的死亡率和校正死亡率。[结果]提取物浓度为100.00 mg/mL、温度为25℃、时间为48 h时,核桃皮提取物对玉米蚜的触杀活性最高。提取物浓度对核桃皮触杀活性影响最大,其次为温度和处理时间因素。[结论]试验结果为开发以核桃皮为原料的植物性杀虫剂提供了理论依据。
[Objective]The aim was to study contact toxicity activity of walnut skin ethanol extract on corn leaf aphid under different condi-tions.[Method]Using single factor and orthogonal test,the mortality rate and adjusted mortality of walnut skin ethanol extract on corn leaf aphidunder different conditions of concentration,temperature and time were studied.[Result]Under conditions of concentration 100.00 mg / mL,tem-perature 25 ℃ and time 48 h,the contact toxicity activity of walnut skin ethanol extract was the highest.Extract concentration was the key factorinfluencing the contact toxicity activity,followed by temperature and time factor.[Conclusion]The study provides theoretical basis for the devel-opment of vegetable insecticide with walnut skin as raw material.
