贵州省农业供给侧改革思考

Thoughts on the Reform of Agricultural Supply Side in Guizhou Province

从供给侧结构改革理念出发,根据贵州省现阶段农业供给现状,从农业规划、农产品品牌效应、基础设施建设、农产品流通、农业生产成本和农业现代化程度分析存在的问题,提出制度创新、科技创新、结构调整相结合的农业供给侧改革思路,通过加快制度创新和科技创新、落实农业规划、加强职业农民培训、培育新型农业经营主体、加快大数据农业和农产品安全体系的建立等路径实施农业供给侧改革,为贵州省实现农业现代化转变提出建议。

Based on the concept of supply-side structure reform, according to the present situation of agricultural supply in Guizhou Province,this paper analyzes the existing problems from the aspects of agricultural planning, brand effect of agricultural products, infrastructure con-struction, circulation of agricultural products, agricultural production costs and agricultural modernization, and puts forward institutional inno-vation, technological innovation, structural adjustment of the agricultural supply-side reform ideas, through the acceleration of institutional in-novation and technological innovation, the implementation of agricultural planning, vocational training to enhance occupational training, culti-vate a new type of agricultural management, accelerate the establishment of big data agriculture and agricultural product safety system to imple-ment the agricultural supply side reform, puts forward proposals for Guizhou Province to realize the transformation of agricultural modernization.
