Design and Application of Convenient Oil filling Device for Oil Filling Equipment in Transformer Substation

介绍一种变电站用充油设备便捷式补油装置,该装置具有存储、移动、智控、便捷、设计合理、结构简单、成本低廉、利于环保等特点,可有效解决变电站内油罐重不易移动,设备补油时绝缘油易泄漏、不宜控制流速,新油及废弃油无法存储等问题。

This paper introduces a convenient oil filling device for oil filling equipment in transformer substation.The device has the characteristics of storage,moveable,intelligent control,convenience,reasonable design,simple structure,low cost and environment-friendly,it can effectively solve the problems that the oil tank in the substation is too heavy to be moved easily,the insulation oil is easy to be leaked and unable to control the flow rate when the equipment is filled with oil,the fresh oil and the waste oil can not be stored.
