This paper introduces the abnormal tripping phenomenon of air preheater in 1000 MW unit of a power plant,analyzes the causes of the faults in the control loop of the air preheater by 3 cases,and puts forward some suggestions and precautions to ensure the safe and reliable operation of the air preheater.
