摘要
通过分析一起110kV主变跳闸事故原因,重现开关柜内避雷器故障恶化导致主变差动保护动作的全过程,讨论避雷器制作工艺及安装质量对电力系统安全运行的影响,进而提出关于开关柜内避雷器制作、验收、运维、检测等的建议,对相关人员在运维、检修、故障分析方面提供一定的参考和帮助,避免类似的事故再次发生。
This paper analyzes the reason of a 110 kV main transformer tripping accident,to reproduce the whole process of the main transformer differential protection action caused by the deterioration of the arrester failure in switch cabinet.It discusses the influence of manufacturing process and installation quality of the arrester on the safe operation of the power system,and suggestions on the production,acceptance inspection,operation and detection of the arrester in switch cabinet are put forward.These will provide certain reference and help to the related personnel in operation,maintenance and failure analysis,to avoid similar accident happens again.
