施用生物炭和接种AM真菌对玉米砷含量的影响

摘要 为了探究重金属胁迫下生物炭和AM真菌的协同效应,研究了煤矿区污染情况下施用生物炭和接种AM真菌对玉米重金属As含量和土壤有效态As含量的影响。结果表明,施用生物炭和接种AM真菌均能够降低玉米重金属As含量,也能够降低土壤有效态As含量。而施用生物炭和接种AM真菌结合对降低玉米重金属As含量和土壤有效态As含量效果最佳。施用生物炭和接种AM真菌复合处理与对照相比分别降低玉米地上部、根系和土壤有效态As含量74.47%、56.07%、74.22%。该结果可为生物炭和接种AM真菌联合用于玉米安全生产和修复土壤重金属污染提供理论支撑。 In order to explore the synergistic effects of biochar and AM fungi under heavy metal stress,a pot experiment was conducted to study the effects of biochar amendment and AM inoculation on the contents of heavy metal As in maize tissues and available As in soil.The results showed that applying either AM inoculant or biochar could significantly reduced As uptake in maize and the content of soil available As,and amending soil with biochar and AM inoculant together had the best effect compared with the control,amending soil with biochar and AM inoculant together could reduce the As content by 74.47%,56.07%,74.22% in upper part,root of maize and soil,respectively.This results can provide theoretical support for biocharl and AM inoculation for the safe production of maize and amendment of heavy metals contaminated soil.
