除虫菊组织培养研究进展

Research Progress on Tissue Culture of Pyrethrum cinerariifolium

除虫菊是菊科的多年生草本植物,不仅是一种美丽的观赏花卉,也是一种天然杀虫植物。本文主要对除虫菊组织培养过程中外植体和培养基的选择、外植体消毒及培养条件、植物生长调节剂影响等方面进行综述,并在此基础上对除虫菊组培的发展前景进行了展望,以期为除虫菊的组织培养提供参考。

Pyrethrum cinerariifolium is a perennial herbaceous plant of the compositae family.It is not only a beautiful ornamental flower,but also a natural insect killer.This article mainly discussed the Pyrethrum cinerariifolium tissue culture explant,the choice of medium,disinfection of explant and culture conditions,effect of plant growth regulator were summarized.On this basis,Pyrethrum cinerariifolium development was prospected,so as to provide references for tissue culture of Pyrethrum cinerariifolium.
