南昌市现代农业园建设现状与建议

Status and Suggestions of Modern Agricultural Park Construction in Nanchang City

实施乡村振兴战略,是党的十九大作出的重大决策部署,是决胜全面建成小康社会、全面建设社会主义现代化国家的重大历史任务,是新时代"三农"工作的总抓手。近年来,南昌市紧紧围绕"建设都市现代农业"的总目标,不断加快"六区"建设步伐,发展现代农业,调整产业结构,促进农民增收,现代农业园的建设进程得到快速推进,呈现农业主导产业园区化、农业经营产业化、市场销售快捷化、产品质量品牌化和农业功能多元化等特点。通过对全市76个农业园调研,发现存在农业园建设主体素质有待提高、科技支撑有待加强、定位和规划水准有待提升、经营管理水平有待改善、绿色生态发展意识有待增强和农业园示范创建认识有待更新等问题,提出南昌市现代农业园建设应先行规划布好局、突出培训提素质、强化科技推创新、多元发力唱响品牌和规范程序保成效等建议。

The implementation of rural revitalization strategy is the major decision made by the 19th national congress of the party.And it is the major historical task of building a well-off society and building a all-round socialist modern Country.At the same,and it is the general starting point of the work of agriculture,rural areas and farmers in the new era. In recent years,Nanchang City has been closely around the overall goal of ＂construction of urban modern agriculture＂,continued to speed up the pace of construction of ＂six areas＂,developed modern agriculture,adjusted the industrial structure, promoted farmers′ income.The construction process of modern agricultural park has been growing rapidly.And it shows the characteristics of agricultural leading industry park,agricultural management industrialization,market sales fast,product quality branding and agricultural function diversification.With the investigation of 76 agricultural parks in Nanchang City,some problems were found such as the quality of main body of agricultural park construction needed to be improved,the support of science and technology needed to be strengthened,the positioning and planning level needed to be promoted,the operating management level needed to be improved,the awareness of green ecological development needed to be enhanced and the understanding of demonstration and establishment of agricultural garden should be renewed. It was suggested that the construction of the modern agricultural park in Nanchang City should be planned in advance,the quality of training should be highlighted,the innovation of science and technology should be strengthened,the multiple brand should be developed and the effectiveness of the program should be guaranteed.
