摘要
随着我国公路隧道的快速发展,为增强公路隧道建设安全风险意识,避免施工和运营阶段不必要的重大损失和社会负面影响,对工程进行全方面的风险评估就显得十分重要。该文以雁口山隧道为例,介绍了设计阶段的风险评估方法、风险识别及风险评价。研究认为:在采取合理的风险控制措施后,可以大大降低隧道工程建设风险,隧道总体风险水平可接受。
With the rapid development of highway tunnel in China,it is very important to enhance the risk awareness of highway tunnel construction and avoid unnecessary loss and negative social influence in the construction and operation stage. Taking Yankou mountain tunnel as an example,we introduce the risk assessment method,risk identification and risk assessment in the design stage. The study shows that after taking reasonable risk control measures,the risk of tunnel construction can be greatly reduced,and the overall risk level of tunnel is acceptable.
