应用综合护理对胸腰椎陈旧性骨折不愈合患者生活质量改善效果分析

Analysis for the effects of comprehensive nursing care in improving life quality of patients with thoracolumbar neglected fracture without healing

目的探讨综合护理对胸腰椎陈旧性骨折不愈合患者的临床应用效果。方法胸腰椎陈旧性骨折不愈合患者152例。随机数字法分配为观察组和对照组,每组76例。对照组患者予以常规骨科护理,在此基础上,观察组予以系统的综合护理干预。比较2组患者的治疗疗效、各种并发症发生率及护理满意度差异,同时比较2组患者护理后生活质量评分差异。结果观察组的治疗疗效总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的总并发症发生率,住院时间均明显少于对照组(P<0.01);观察组术后的各项生活质量指标评分均明显高于对照组(P<0.01);观察组的护理满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论对于胸腰椎陈旧性骨折不愈合患者进行系统的综合护理可以明显改善治疗疗效,降低术后并发症的发生概率,减少患者的住院时间,达到治疗预期,提升患者的生活质量,增加患者对护理认可度,此护理方法,值得在临床上大力推广。

Objective To investigate the effects of comprehensive nursing care in improving life quality of patients with thoracolumbar neglected fracture without healing. Methods A total of 152 patients with thoracolumbar neglected fracture without healing who were treated in our hospital from May 2015 to June 2016 were randomly divided into control group（ n =76） and observation group（ n = 76） according to random digital table method. The patients in control group were treated by conventional orthopaedic nursing,however,the patients in observation group,on the basis of control group,were treated by systematic comprehensive nursing. The therapeutic effects,incidence rate of postoperative complications,hospital stay,life quality and nursing satisfaction degree were observed and compared between two groups. Results The total effective rate in observation group（ 98. 68%） was significantly higher than that（ 85. 53%） in control group（ P〈0. 05）,however,the incidence rate of postoperative complications and length of staying in hospital in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group（ P〈0. 01）. Moreover the scores of life quality and nursing satisfaction degree in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group（ P〈0. 01）. Conclusion The system of comprehensive care can significantly improve the curative effects on thoracolumbar neglected fracture,reduce the risk of postoperative complications,decrease hospital stay,improve the life quality of patients,therefor,which is worthy of promotion in clinical practice.
