偶联剂改性粉煤灰疏水薄膜成膜工艺的研究

摘要 本文以火电厂排出的主要固体废弃物粉煤灰作为原料,使用钛酸酯偶联剂105,通过干法对粉煤灰进行化学包覆,使改性后的粉煤灰具有疏水性,分别采用三种工艺成膜,研究不同干膜的疏水性。结果表明,改性后的粉煤灰疏水性良好,以涂覆法制备的疏水薄膜性能最优,接触角达到130°。 The main solid waste fly ash discharged by thermal power plant was used as a raw material in this paper,and coupling agent of organic titanate 105 was used to chemical coating of fly ash through a dry method to bringing fly ash hydrophobicity. The hydrophobicity of different dry films forming by three kinds of film processes were studied respectively. The results showed that the hydrophobicity of the modified fly was good,and the hydrophobic film prepared by the coating method had the best performance and the contact angle reached 130 degrees.
