摘要
按照JJF 1059.1-2012,对实验室铜精矿中铜量的测定进行了不确定度评定。按照建立数学模型,分析不确定度来源,确定不确定度分量,合成不确定度的步骤展开分析,确定了主要影响分量,分别讨论了它们对总体不确定度的贡献,并对实验室获得的不确定结果进行判定及利用,能帮助实验室更好地进行过程控制,降低系统误差,提高检测质量。
According to JJF 2012 to 1059. 1,the laboratory on the determination of copper content in copper concentrate the uncertainty evaluation. According to the established mathematical model,analyze the sources of uncertainty,determine the uncertainty components,analyzes the steps of the synthesis of uncertainty,determined the main influence component,respectively discuss their contribution to the overall uncertainty,can help laboratory for better process control,to reduce the error of the system and improve the quality of detection.
