摘要
换热器可以串联、并联或者串并联组合的形式,用于处理单个换热器无法达到要求的工况。换热器并联多用于多工况操作及换热面积较大的情况;壳程串联多应用于换热两侧介质温度有交叉的情况;特殊工况下也可采用壳程侧串联,管程侧并联的解决方案。文中主要就以上工况做案例分析。
Heat exchangers can be in series,in parallel,or in series and in parallel,to handle conditions where a single heat exchanger cannot meet the requirements. Heat exchangers are used in parallel for multiple operating conditions and heat transfer area is larger; shell series are used in many applications where the medium temperature on both sides of the heat exchanger crosses; under special conditions,the shell side can also be connected in series.
