某型连接器导电连接失效原因及改进效果分析 被引量:2

摘要 某雷达天线连接器结构由内导体、外导体、插座等构成。连接器与天线馈电块、插孔与内导体通过螺纹连接实现导电接触,使用过程中发现多个连接器出现接触不良导致失效的现象,从而影响整个天线的电讯指标。本文通过对不带导电胶装配拧紧力分析和加导电胶后防松力的综合分析,得出此种连接器的失效原因,随后提出了带导电胶安装的解决方案,最终成功避免了该质量隐患,实践及试验验证该方法成功有效。 A certain radar antenna connector structure consists of inner conductor,outer conductor,socket,etc. The connector and antenna feed block,jack and inner conductor through the threaded implementation guide conductance. After putting into use,we found some connectors are failed because of the poor contact,thus affecting the entire telecommunications index of the antenna. Based on the analysis of prestressing force without conductive adhesive installation solution was proposed,finally managed to avoid the quality hidden trouble,practice and experiment validate that this method is successful and effective.
