摘要
基于产品全生命周期管理平台Teamcenter(TC),以系列化电连接器为研究对象,开展超级BOM的实践应用,实现结构化EBOM设计和结构化装配工艺设计,并通过选项配置及变量条件管理所有规格的产品,从而降低BOM数据量和管理难度。并通过TC、ERP及MES系统集成,实现订单数据传递,自动选配生成EBOM和装配工艺BOM指导下游生产,提升BOM响应速率。
The supper bill of material( BOM) is used in serialized electrical connectors based on the product life cycle management platform teamcenter( TC),make the structured engineering BOM and assembly technology come true,in addition,we can manage all of the product variants by the use of configuration options and variant conditions,that sharply decrease the BOM data as well as management workload. Besides,automatic specific EBOM and assembly technology generation is realized by the integration of TC,ERP and MES system,that results in a quick response ability of BOM.
