考虑多能互补的合肥空港经济技术示范区增量配电网规划 被引量:2

Incremental Distribution Network Planning of Hefei Airport Economic and Technological Demonstration Zone Considering on Multi-energy Complement

摘要 考虑多能互补的增量配电网规划是未来配电网规划的发展重点。根据合肥空港经济技术示范区的发展情况,分析示范区的电源装机平衡、电量平衡、变电容量平衡及发展多能互补增量配电网的必要性,并采用单位用地面积负荷法对示范区的负荷进行精确预测,提出包含分布式燃机、光伏、风电系统的多电源规划方案。在此基础上,研究了增量配电网规划的技术原则,最后以示范区为案例,设计了示范区中高压增量配电网的规划方案,并计算了该规划方案的远景投资估算表,验证了所提方法的有效性和实际可操作性。 The incremental distribution network planning considering on the multi-energy complement is the focus of future development of distribution network planning.Based on the development of Hefei Airport Economic and Technological Demonstration Zone,this paper analyzes balance of installed power,balance of power,balance of transformer capacity and the necessity of developing multi-energy complementary distribution network.The load of the demonstration zone is accurately predicted with the unit land area load method,and a multi-power planning scheme including distributed gas turbine,photovoltaic and wind power system is put forward.On this basis,the technical principle of incremental distribution network planning is studied.Finally,taking the demonstration zone as an example,the planning scheme of incremental distribution network is designed and the prospect estimation table of the planning scheme is calculated,and the validity and practical operability of the proposed method are verified.
