摘要
借鉴国内外供电安全标准的先进理念,结合某市电网的实际情况和近中远期的供电可靠性目标,通过理论分析,采用实用化的分层可靠性评估方法进行计算,构建一套满足地区供电可靠性要求的供电安全标准,并提出各分区配电自动化建设要求。该标准为建设接轨国际先进水平电网提供了坚实的理论基础。
Learning from the advanced concept of domestic and international power supply safety standards,and combining with the actual situation of the power grid in a city and the power supply reliability in the near future,the power supply safety standard that can meet the regional power supply reliability requirements is constructed,and the requirements for power distribution automation construction are put forward,through theoretical analysis,and using the practical layered reliability evaluation method.The standard provides a solid theoretical basis for the construction of the world-class power grid in a city.
