调控一体化模式下监控信息智能化管理系统建设

Construction of Intelligent Monitoring Information Management System Under Control Integration Mode

面对电网的大数据,特别是电网大量的监控信息处理,传统的工作手段已很难适应调控一体化的新要求。为此,提出一种基于调度智能指挥平台(DICP)开发的监控信息智能化管理系统,通过该系统提取监控告警信息,并进行数据分析及处理、异常缺陷流转的闭环管理。

Faced with the mass data of the power grid,especially processing the massive monitoring information of the power grid,the traditional working methods have been difficult to adapt to the new requirements of control integration.Therefore,an intelligent monitoring information management system based on the dispatching intelligence command platform（DICP）is proposed.Through this system,monitoring alarm information can be extracted,and data analysis and processing and closed-loop management of abnormal defect circulation are performed.
