智能变电站二次设备检验前期准备工作优化方案探讨

Discussion on Optimization Scheme for Secondary Devices Inspecting Previous Preparation of Intelligent Substations

针对智能变电站二次设备检验前期准备工作存在准备资料多易遗漏、二次设备安措涉及的压板操作数量较多易缺失、新建变电站位置偏远缺乏后勤保障等问题,提出一种优化方案,即根据检验任务编制新设计的检验现场勘查表、资料核查表和设备及后勤核查表,提高准备效率,确保检验准备工作按时优质完成。

In order to solve the problems such as too many preparing materials easy to miss,too much plate operation involving secondary devices safe measures easy to forget,new-built substations located too far from urban district and lack of logistic services,this paper provides an optimization scheme.Through compiling the new designed inspection scene investigation table,materials checking table,and testing devices logistics checking table,the inspecting task preparation can be completed efficiently and high-qualitative on time.
