论述纵联距离保护旁路代路操作的方法,对操作中的风险进行管控。在现场操作基础上对纵联距离保护的旁路代路进行操作,归纳了一套优化的操作方案。对其中的关键操作项目,梳理了操作要点及逻辑顺序。针对旁路代路操作及代路运行期间存在的失去保护、非分相式命令、开关并列运行等风险点,提出了保护核算、调整运行方式、采用替代的操作方法等管控措施。

This paper aims to discuss the operation method of pilot distance protection bypass road and control the risks in the operation.On the basis of the field operation,an optimized operation scheme is summarized.For the key operating projects,the paper sorts out the main points and their consecution.As to the risks during the operation,including losing protection,non-phase command,and parallel operation of circuit breakers,the paper puts forward some control measures,such as protection accounting,optimized operation mode and alternative operation method.
