摘要
我国是世界上蔬菜产量最大的国家之一,腌渍是我国蔬菜重要的传统加工手段。该文以国外腌渍蔬菜产业的现状为参照,围绕当前我国腌渍蔬菜加工产业的基本情况进行了阐述,分析了其主要存在的问题,并结合供给侧改革提出了相应的改进对策,旨在为腌渍蔬菜产业创新升级发展提供参考。
China is one of the countries with the largest vegetable production in the world, and vegetable pickling is a traditional and important processing technology in China. Based on the present situation of the pickled vegetables industry abroad as reference, the current basic situation of pickled vegetable processing industry in China was reviewed. The main problems and improving measures with supply-side reform of the pickled vegetables industry were also considered in this paper, which can provide a reference for industrial innovation and development.
